Payment Plans & Policies |

Overview-This plan offers customers maximum value and consistency in billing. Time is purchased in weekly increments.
Trial Period-For the first 2 weeks of service, Kiddy Corporation will allow customers to terminate their service without a 2-week notice. If 2 weeks are prepaid during this period and the customer terminates service within the first week (Monday – Friday), the second week’s payment will be refunded.
Pre-Payment-Kiddy Corporation Services are all pre-paid. Essentially, this means that payment for any service is due before the services are rendered.
Refunds- Refunds are only issued if a customer has prepaid for a period beyond 2 weeks past the date of notification. Kiddy Corporation will refund the customer’s prepayment for the time paid, over and above the two-week period. |

Overview-This plan offers customers the option of purchasing care time in daily increments instead of weekly. The rate are generally more expensive than purchasing a week at a time, but no 2 week notice period applies. The customer only pays for the days they intend to use.
Pre-Payment-Kiddy Corporation Services are all pre-paid. Essentially, this means that payment for any service is due before the services are rendered. On the pay-per-use plan, payment is due for a given day either before or at the beginning of the care day
Refunds- If a customer pre-pays and does not use days purchased, those days will remain on account until they are used. I the customer prepays and decides not to continue on with Kiddy Corporation, any unused days will be refunded. |
After School & Summer Programs |

Pre-Payment-All Afterschool and Summer Program payments are due prior to services being rendered.
Afterschool Program billing is on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. No notice of termination is necessary and any pre-paid days are refunded upon termination.
Summer and Break Program billing is accessed in weekly increments only. A 2 week notice is necessary if service is terminated before the end of the break period.

*These Payment types will have a 1 week pre-payment limit, until further notice. Example: You may pay for the current week and one additional week on our Visa/Mastercard online payment gateway. |
Policies, Fees and Collections |

· Termination of Contract by Customer-Care contracts can be terminated by the customer at any time, for any reason, without penalty. A two week written notification of the intended termination must be submitted to Kiddy Corporation via hand or fax. Charges for care will continue for 2 weeks following the receipt of written notice, from the customer.
· Service Interruptions-Kiddy Corporation reserves the right to interrupt services to customers in any case of delinquency. Implementing a service interruption is at the sole discretion of Kiddy Corporation ownership..
· Late Fees-A late fee of $10.00 per day will be accessed for each day a customer account goes unpaid. Example, payment is due on Monday of a given week. The customer pays the following Thursday morning. $10.00 accrues for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday totaling $30.00 in late fees.
· Example-If you are a contract customer, purchasing your time in weekly increments, payment for the week is due prior to dropping your child or children off, the Monday on which the purchased week will begin.
· Collections of Delinquent Invoices-If it becomes necessary to pursue collection of a delinquent customer account, a full account collection fee, per child, will be added to the customer’s final bill. |

Part-Time Usage |

The kiddy Corporation part time plan will allow parents to utilize Kiddy Corporation services on a part-time, non-contract basis.
Hourly Rate $5.00 Daily Minimum Usage 4 hours: $20 Per Day Daily Maximum Usage 6 Hours: $30.00 Per Day Overage Policy: Reverts to Daily Drop-off Rate: $37.00 Per Day
Billing-Estimated weekly usage is prepaid for the week. Unused Time-Any unused time is credited to the following week. Termination-A 1 week notice is required.
Part Time is only available during normal business hours. |
