Senior Technicians are essentially floaters that move between the infant, toddler and pre-k areas and filling in where needed. They are responsible for supporting Technicians and Jr. Technicians in providing care. They are also responsible for the over-all operation and management of the childcare site. These individuals are also responsible on-the-job training of new and Jr. Staff.
*We generally promote from within, but will consider those with a good deal of experience. |
